Home-Start Winchester & Districts was set up out of a recognition of a real need to provide family support in the Winchester area. The pressures of bringing up young children do not always come from financial hardship. Building a close, confidential relationship with a volunteer can really help families feel more included in the local community.

 

Home-Start Winchester & Districts completed its first year of operation in September 2006.
